In the 15 years since the installation of the plant was completed and put into operation, the company spent a lot of money every year to treat the waste water from the slag yard and increase the storage capacity of the slag yard. In 2002, Guihua invested 12 million yuan to build the country's largest project to produce 200,000 tons of phosphogypsum-based cement retarder. The phosphoric acid plant re-slurries with fluorine water for liquid-solid separation. The liquid-phase fluorine-containing water is separated and recycled. Use, solid-phase phosphogypsum is used to produce cement retarder after separation, and realizes recycling of waste water and waste residue.
The commissioning of the project not only effectively reduced the storage pressure of the company's slag yard, reduced the discharge of industrial wastewater, but also increased the economic benefits for the company.
