German auto parts supplier Bosch Group announced the latest personnel changes. Christoph Kubel, President of Bosch Group Automotive Electronic Systems Division, and Werner Struth, President of Bosch Chassis Control Systems, have been selected as members of the company's board of directors. This appointment was made on January 1, 2012. Effective from date of arrival.
From January 1, 2012, Klaus Meder will succeed Kubel as President of Bosch Automotive Electronic Systems. In an official statement, Bosch stated that Mider will continue to be responsible for the engineering activities of the department after he takes office.
