On September 8, the Zhuhai Municipal Government and China Resources Chemical Holdings Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for a polyester project investment agreement.
The project plans to start construction of a polyester production base with an annual output of 300,000 tons in the Gaolan Port Economic Zone in Zhuhai by the end of October. With the project completed and put into operation, the strategic layout of China Resources Packaging Materials Industry will be more complete, and it will be able to provide quality products and services to South China customers faster and better. The Gaolan Port Economic Zone in Zhuhai will form a chemical polyester industrial chain that is closely integrated with the upstream and downstream industries, and is of great significance to further strengthen the chemical industry cluster.
