1. Symptoms: Step on the brake pedal of the refrigerated truck , the pedal is not raised, no resistance;
Determine the reason: check whether the brake fluid is missing; whether there is oil leakage in the brake cylinder, pipeline and joints; whether the main pump, pump parts are damaged;
2. Symptoms: The brake pedal is pressed in the end, the braking effect is not good; continuous braking, the effect is not improved, and the pedal is gradually raised;
Reason for judgment: The brake system is mixed with gas;
3. Symptoms: Continuously pressing on the brake, the pedal return is raised, and the braking effect is improved;
Reason for judgment: The gap between the friction plate and the brake drum is too large;
4. Symptoms: Continuous brake pedal, pedal position is raised, and there is a sense of sinking;
Reason for judgment: oil leakage;
5. Symptoms: The pedal position is very low; after stepping again, the position cannot be raised; it feels hard;
To determine the reason: the total pump is blocked;
6. Fault phenomenon: pedal height is normal, not soft not sink, but the braking effect is not good;
To determine the reason: friction plate and brake drum clearance is too large or oily;
7. Failure phenomenon: brake deviation;
To determine the reason: if the refrigerated truck skews to the left, it will not work properly for the right wheel, and vice versa;
8. Fault phenomenon: The refrigerated truck travels for a period of time, and the brake drum (disc) generates heat;
To determine the reason: check the master cylinder, brake cylinder or pipeline;
9. Fault phenomenon: brake pedal free stroke is too small;
Judgment reason: need to adjust;
10. Fault phenomenon: The brake fluid picks up slowly;
Determine the reason: Loosen the bleeder screw and observe the brake shoe return. If the brake shoe returns, the tubing should be dredged; if the brake shoe does not return, the brake cylinder should be disassembled.
