2. The percentage of voltage displayed when the instrument is in the standard state varies greatly and is not stable:

(1) Check the power supply voltage, the change range should not exceed 200~240V

(2) Change the light source of the marking channel;

(3) The housing is reliably grounded.

(4) User power grid signal is not pure 3. The middle two digits of the instrument's digital tube display “99”. The reason is that the output signal of the colorimetric part has a negative value. The normal output voltage can be used to check the signal output of the colorimetric part with a multimeter.

4. The zero point cannot be entered. (1) The instrument zero point is unstable. This phenomenon will occur when the instrument is turned on.

(2) After the light is blocked by the optical door of the instrument, the output zero point is not in between. Open the upper cover of the instrument and adjust the corresponding trimming potentiometer (W2 or W4 or W6) so that the zero point is displayed as about 4.00;

(3) The instrument shows an abnormality and the button does not play any role; this is mostly caused by external power supply interference. Simply turn off the power switch and turn it on again.

5, the printing is not working properly When the printer works normally, the green indicator SEL on the print panel is not bright, the printer does not print, press the SEL key once, and the printer can print.

When the instrument is shipped from the factory, the first curve of each channel is initialized, that is, input a test data. If there is no curve data stored in the curve number of the instrument, the printer will have a wrong printing format. At this time, just input the curve data to the curve number.

When the instrument is used for the first time, the corresponding element symbol should be placed according to the tested element. Otherwise, “?” is printed on the position of the element symbol. The trace is not clear, mostly due to the dryness of the ribbon, and the color needs to be replaced. band.

6. The C value of the content displayed by the instrument changes greatly when measured.

This is due to a change in the temperature of the injected sample liquid, and the chemical equilibrium is conditional. One of the most significant is the temperature change. When the hot liquid is poured into the cold cuvette, the temperature will drop and the chemical reaction will rebalance, so the display data will change. The processing method: during the rapid determination, the data should be printed within a certain time after the liquid is poured, and the standard sample should be printed. The waiting time during the test is the same, that is, the temperature condition when establishing the curve should be consistent with the temperature condition of the test sample.
