1.2 Mechanical maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the principle of "maintaining equal importance for maintenance and prevention as the main principle". Regular maintenance and enforcement must be carried out, and the relationship between use, maintenance and repair should be properly handled.
1.3 All shifts must do maintenance work for all types of machinery in accordance with the machinery maintenance regulations and maintenance categories. They must not be unreasonably prolonged. Special circumstances may be postponed for maintenance only after they are approved by the incumbent worker, but they must not exceed half of the prescribed maintenance interval.

2 Implementation and supervision of maintenance operations 2.1 Mechanical maintenance Adhere to the “Cross” operation method with “clean, lubricate, adjust, fasten and antisepsis” as the main content, implement routine maintenance and regular maintenance, and strictly follow the instructions Cycle and inspection maintenance items are carried out.
2.2 Routine maintenance is the cleaning and inspection carried out before and after the operation of the machine. It mainly checks the conditions of critical and vulnerable parts (such as mechanical safety devices), coolant, lubricant, fuel quantity, and meter indications. Routine maintenance is done by the operators themselves and the "Machine Routine Maintenance Record" is filled in carefully.
2.3 First-level maintenance: Cleaning, tightening, and lubricating operations are generally performed, and adjustment operations are partially performed to maintain the mechanically intact technical condition. 2.5.2 Maintenance during run-in period: After completion of the run-in period of the new machine and overhauling machine, it is necessary to carry out the run-in period maintenance. 2.5.3 Transfer and maintenance: Before the machine is transferred to the construction site, it should be transferred and maintained. The operation content can be maintained according to the technical condition of the machine, and if necessary, corrosion protection can be carried out. Transfer and maintenance shall be implemented by the organization of mechanical expulsion units, inspection by the project department and asset manager, and supervision by the asset management department.
2.5.4 Park and maintenance: Disable and store the machinery should be maintained, mainly cleaning, anti-corrosion, moisture and so on. Inventory machinery is entrusted by the Asset Management Department and other machinery is maintained by the use department.
2.6 After the maintenance plan is completed, it shall be carefully checked and accepted, and relevant information shall be prepared so that the records are complete and true.
