Conventional gears used in conventional machine tools are wet cutting, while YKA2260 machining is purely dry cutting. Its machining efficiency is 2 to 5 times that of wet cutting. No oil or water cooling is required during the period, resulting in zero emissions of pollution. Moreover, the power consumption of dry cutting is also more than 75% less than wet cutting.
